    Measurements

    • 1 batch is a daily dose for a 45 kilos dog
    • 34-44 kilos = ¾ batch
    • 23-33 kilos = ½ batch
    • 12-22 kilos = ¼ batch
    • For smaller dogs: Give 1 ml of prepared gel per day for each kilo of body weight. For example: For a 5 kilos animal, you would give them 5 ml of prepared gel morning and night.

    Directions, tips & tricks

    • Excess gel can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge of up to one week. The paste will also thicken once it is stored in the fridge.
    • The powder is best stored out of direct sunlight, in a cool & dry area.
    • If the dog is taking medication, it is recommended that you allow 2 hours between giving Marlo's Gut Health Powder and the medication. This is because the absorption of some medications is slowed down when taking herbal remedies.
    • It’s best to give half the daily dose first thing in the morning, and the other half at the dog's bedtime.
    • The prepared gel can be added to food or given using an oral syringe. An oral syringe is the best way to measure and administer the dose. Most drug stores, vet offices and pharmacies carry oral syringes.
